VW T5 Transporter | Gray high tarpaulin
Here you can see an individually made trapezoidal tarpaulin made of gray PVC, which we have built for a VW T5 van on an existing bow frame. This variant is closed at the front and 3-sided open. The side panels are connected to each other at the edges with buckles. Furthermore, the side parts are equipped at the top with roll-up caps with scouring pad and retracting belt (inside). Thus, the side panels can be fixed rolled up. The lower edges of the side panels were made with vertically placed, galvanized oval eyelets, since the side walls were already provided with aluminum quick-release fasteners.
VW T5 Transporter | White high tarpaulin
Another variant you can see in the pictures with the white tarpaulin. Here we have equipped the side wall with galvanized screw caps and the lower edges of the side panels with horizontal oval eyelets. The side panels are connected here with flat hooks and tarpaulin string ("sling closure"). On customer request, we also equip the front and / or back of the tarpaulin with UV-resistant transparent window (s).
VW T2 Transporter Firefighter Oldtimer | Gray tarpaulin
The third variant can be seen in the picture with the historic VW fire truck. Here, the plan edge is designed with a VW-Strippe, which is fixed by a rectangular slot eyelet on the tarpaulin and secured by a belt ramp on the vehicle.
You can have these tarpaulins in original equipment manufacturer quality on request. Since these products can be very individual and different in equipment, it is not possible to give a general price here. Rather, it is necessary to offer every customer a tarpaulin made to his wishes and ideas.
It would be best if you write us an e-mail with a few detail photos of the vehicle to be planned, and a sketch that shows your wishes for execution. We will contact you and offer you your individual article. If you agree with our price offer, however, it can be necessary to bring the vehicle to us on site. Especially in the case of difficult adaptation work, a new reduction in size is indispensable and guarantees an exact fit of the tarpaulin. Of course, this is not necessary with simple high-level tarpaulins.
In general, you can choose PVC in truck tarpaulin quality with a grammage of 630g - 900g / m². The 630g / m² version is standard and available in the colors gray, white, black, red, orange, yellow, green or blue. The equipment variants are very diverse and range from oval and round eyelets in various sizes, tarpaulin cords, special ropes, gags and straps to specially incorporated window films or the opening sides, rear or front parts.
