Here you can see a custom made of our manufactory for a Henry Ford Model T (Tin Lizzie | Blechliesel).
The variant shows you a further, special area of application of our special designs in the field of saddlery oldtimer tarpaulins
The pictures show a black PVC tarpaulin, which we built for a Ford Model T Pickup produced in the mid-1920s. It was about a sensible combination of original optics and appearance, combined with practicability, because the Ford went for "big "Travel across the country and had to transport the luggage of his passengers as dry as possible. Also this car came on axis to us, although one must say that the journey was only few kilometers. The shape of the tarpaulin itself was a challenge, the details (ie rubber rope with eyelets) corresponds more to the standard still used today. Again, we could and should use the original existing hooks in the front and side area, so that no further holes had to be drilled. Except for 2 flat hooks, which were placed invisibly under the loading area, we succeeded in doing so.
For such custom-made products, we always have an open ear and try to fulfill the wishes of our customers as accurately as possible. Connected to our high safety and quality standard. Who can say that he has installed a tarpaulin according to the latest VDI 2700 Sheet 3.3 guideline on his 90-year-old classic car?
