Shipping costs, delivery times & returns
Transparent shipping costs
Our shipping costs are flat 6,50 € net (7,74 € gross). With it you can also order custom-made products, regardless of the special packaging size, always under the same conditions. Exempted is the shipment of long goods, such as Rails. These are delivered split. For a surcharge, a long item transport can be organized here.

Option express production - within 2 working days the goods are guaranteed
Express manufacturing means we manufacture and ship the order within one business day. This service includes shipping by courier express, i. from the day of delivery guaranteed delivery on the next working day. This means you receive your goods within two working days at the latest. Order input Monday - Thursday: production and shipping the next day, delivery the day after next. Order receipt Friday - Sunday: production and dispatch on Monday, delivery on Tuesday.
Cost express production
For the express delivery we charge the shipping fee of 9,52 € (8,00 € net) plus 33% net on the whole cart. These costs include fast production and shipping by express. For small quantities under 29,75 € (<25,00 € net) we charge a flat rate of 20,53 € (17,25 € net) for the express production.
Custom made up to and including 1m²
Since we have a very high waste for small tarpaulins and mini nets, which usually can not be used any more, with orders of special sizes up to 1m² a surcharge of 400% on the list price is to be paid. A 0,5m ² large tarp with a price per square meter of 5,00 € costs thus 12.50 €.
Special designs from 1.01m² to 5m²
Our fair price calculation is based on the fact that custom-made products are generally larger than 5m². For some products that are smaller than 5m² but larger than 1m², we therefore charge a supplement. Example: A 1,5m² tarpaulin with a price per square meter of 5,00 € costs 15,00 €. The exact price will be displayed immediately when entering the measurements.
Ordering Process
As soon as your order has arrived, you will receive an automatic confirmation via e-mail. We check the order and with the start of production you will receive another confirmation. With payment method "advance payment" you will receive the bank data for the transfer only with the confirmation of production. As soon as your finished goods leave our house, you will receive another e-mail for information.
Delivery time
Your goods will be manufactured on order and will be ready for dispatch within 3, maximum 5 working days. As a rule, UPS & DPD deliver overnight, so that the goods are delivered to you no later than the 6th working day after your order. Often the goods are delivered even faster. Exceptions are bulk orders (from about 25 tarpaulins, for example), in which case you can contact us for a more accurate delivery date. The delivery time is also dependent on our seasonal capacity utilization, in case of major delays you will of course be informed immediately.
Returns with money back guarantee!
The exchange of unused standard goods is possible within 14 days of receipt. As an online retailer, of course, we therefore comply with legal requirements. In the case of a return request, we would like to ask you to give us a short call or contact us by fax or e-mail, and indicate the reason for the exchange by stating the online order number. When exchanging you can choose from the following options:
a) The money will be returned to you.
b) You will be well-written and charged with the next order (this option is gladly chosen by our existing customers with an existing customer number).
c) You will be exchanged for another / matching product (with possible value adjustment).
Please note in an exchange:
If there is no clear defect in the product, the return costs of the goods shall be borne by the customer. Custom-made products according to square meters or according to special specifications can not be exchanged. If you are dissatisfied with the delivered goods, please contact us by phone. That's the easiest way to find a good solution.
