Information for contracts

In electronic commerce and distance contracts acc. Art. 246 § 3 EGBGB

The following information in accordance with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB are not contractual conditions, but legal information. Terms of contract are our general terms and conditions.

1. Conclusion of contract

You can select the individual goods by clicking the button "Add to cart" for later order. You have to register before placing an order. After clicking on the button "To checkout" the data necessary for the contract handling are to be indicated. By clicking on the button "order now" or "buy" or "confirm bid" you submit a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract of the goods contained in the shopping cart. Previously, our terms and conditions by marking a corresponding button explicitly as a part of the contract to accept.

We will confirm the receipt of your order immediately by e-mail. This automated sent confirmation of receipt does not constitute a binding acceptance of your order, but merely informs you that your order has arrived. The confirmation of access are our terms and conditions and this information attached. The purchase contract comes about through your order on the one hand and our express order confirmation or the shipment of the goods by us.

2. Storage of the contract text

The contract text will not be stored by us and can not be retrieved after the completion of the order process. After completing the order process, the receipt of the order will be displayed. However, you can print out the order data immediately after sending by clicking on the "Print order confirmation now" button. After placing your order, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt with your

order details as well as the general terms and conditions and this customer information to the e-mail address you provided.

If you have created a customer account for our online shop before sending your order, the text of the contract will be archived on our website for 365 days and can be retrieved by you free of charge via your password-protected customer account stating the corresponding login data.

The terms and conditions and this customer information can be printed or saved in reproducible form by clicking on the link "Terms and Conditions" and "Information on electronic commerce" in the main menu and then pressing the button "Downloadversion".

3. Correction of input errors

In the online ordering process, you can correct input errors by clicking on the "change" button. You only place a binding offer with your order if you have completed the online ordering process by inserting the information requested there and, after stating your personal details, click the button "order with payment" or "buy".

Prior to sending your order, you have the option of determining any input errors by checking the summarized contract data and correcting them by means of a change or deletion function.

4. Language

All contracts are concluded and settled exclusively in German.

5. Delivery time

The delivery time is 3 to 5 days, i. the ordered goods will be sent to you after 5 days at the latest.

6. Legal warranty claims

For all goods from our shop there are statutory warranty rights.
